Fraud and Risk Identification Service
We want to protect you against fraud!
Northland Financial is pleased to annouce a FREE Fraud and Risk Identification service.
How it works:

With the service, Northland Financial will contact you to verify the authenticity of
card transactions that appear to be out of the ordinary.
Ways to Protect your account:

Safely store your card from access by others in the same manner you protect your
checks -
Don't share your personal identification number (PIN) with anyone - in person,
by phone or online -
Never disclose your card information by phone or online if you did not make the
contact as fraudsters attempt to collect your card iformation by contacting you by
phone or email.
To Report a lost or stolen card, contact First Data at 1-800-535-8440. If fraudulent transactions
appear on your statement, contact a Northland Financial representative at a location near you.
You can review your account activity with online banking anytime. If you are not already using
online banking, enroll now by clicking on the 'Register' link located on our home page in the
personal online banking login section, completing the enrollment form and begin viewing your
account activity online within a couple of business days.
No ATM Fees 3- Anywhere, Anytime!
We'll rebate your Northland Financial Cash Card or Cash and Check Card ATM fees
from any machine, even the fees charged by other banks! Just notify a Northland Financial
banker within 90 days of the fee(s) being charged to your account and we will credit your
account. No ATM Fees are available on any Northland Financial personal or business
checking or savings account.
When you use our ATMs, no fees are charged and no action is required on your part.
You can also use your Northland Financial Cash Card or Cash and Check Card without
a charge at most Wells Fargo® ATMs that are at Wells Fargo® branch locations (other than in CA).
